Sino-Swiss Cities Cooperation Forum Water Eco-civilization, Jinan, China

At the Sino-Swiss Cities Cooperation Forum Water Eco-civilization in  Jinan (China), TK CONSULT AG hold a talk about groundwater protection and management in Switzerland as well as applications and technical presentpossibilities. At the forum lots of Swiss personalities from ETH Zurich, EAWAG, Federal Office for the Environment FOEN, Swiss Embassy in China  as well as SWISSWATER were present. It was a wonderful exchange between  politicians, experts, scientists and friends and another example of the intense friendship between China and Switzerland, supported by the Swiss-Chinese Association.   Within the scope of this two-day forum, TK CONSULT was commissioned to support the city Jinan - City of Springs - in groundwater management. By means of inverse modelling the drinking water abstractions should be maximized and the artificial recharge from the yellow river minimized. Primary goal is that the famous Cartesian springs in the city center at no time fall dry.   TK CONSULT is very proud to support the city of Jinan in this challenging task.
